We have 2 certified ATVA safety instructors in Harlan Co. now. If you have just bought a new major brand ATV, you could get 100.00 for taking/passing the course, no new ATV, then a fee will apply.
We on the Kentucky Recreational Trails Authority Board, KRTA, may push this coming year for an insurance discount if you have taken/passed this, or any ATVA safety course.
