The Harlan County Ridge Runners ATV Club is based in the coal fields of Southeastern Kentucky in the town of Evarts Kentucky . Our club over 700 strong, our creed is to tread lightly, keep the forest free from litter and to preserve the environment.
Recently the Harlan Co. Fiscal Court has leased over 7000 acres of reclaimed coal land to create a Off Road Adventure Park. With another 58,000 acres off park trails with easy, moderate, and extreme trails, with HCRR staff to help see that your visit a memorable one, with a FREE guide service.

These roads at one time made money for our county and now can do the same as a tourism park. The new Off Road Park is open to ATVs, Dirt Bikes, Trucks/Jeeps,UTV's, Buggies, and future expansion for horseback, and hiking.
Our biggest asset is our people here in the mountains, they are very friendly and as a ATV Club we welcome our out of town guests to enjoy our part of the ATV world. Our town is also very ATV friendly, if you obey all traffic laws you will have no problem accessing gas, food & lodging.
Some of our visiting riders have ridden all over the United States and have posted here that our trails and scenery are second to none. The best way to see our new area is to email or call for a FREE Staff tour.
